FIRE SAFETY TRAINING FOR CARAVAN PARKS
Safety Compliance Services have been advising the owners and operators of Caravan Parks on health and safety issues for many years. We have recently been asked to undertake a series of fire safety training sessions by a leading UK Park Owner.
We would like to extend this service to other Caravan park owners across the UK. We have obtained the latest fire safety video from the Fire Protection Agency "Fire Safety in Holiday Parks" which forms the backbone of the training.
We can offer you realistic and fun fire safety training at your venue or our training facility in Newcastle upon Tyne. We will include a training session in the classroom followed by a practical demonstration of the use of fire extinguishers. The 1/2 day course includes:
- Common causes of fire.
- Spread of fire.
- The fire triangle.
- Actions to be followed upon discovering a fire or hearing the alarm.
- Fire safety and housekeeping.
- Types and uses of fire extinguishers.
- Emergency evacuation procedures.
- Practical use of fire extinguishers.
In addition to providing training, we can also assist you in the completion of your Fire Risk Assessment as required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005.
