HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSULTANT REQUIRED
SCSL is a highly professional safety consultancy with offices and a training centre on the outskirts of North Shields, Newcastle upon Tyne.
We are seeking to appoint a consultant to assist with our growing workload across the Northeast and UK wide.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Professionally qualified.
- Willing to work across the UK and EU when required.
- Experienced with a consultancy background and used to operating within large corporate clients as well as SMEs.
- PC literate on all MS Office products.
- Capable of delivering first class safety training at our own training facility and client premises. This will include IOSH Managing Safely courses.
- Willing to spend regular nights away from home to enable the effective servicing of clients.
- A self starter able to work as part of a team or alone.
An indepth knowledge of health and safety in care homes or satelite TV installations would be a distinct advantage.
The successful applicant will also be required to attend regular business networking events across the UK to promote SCSL and to win new business.
This is great opportunity for the right person, SCSL has won a number of large multisite blue chip contracts within the last year and is destined to expand rapidly over the next few years to become a major player in the safety consultancy sector. There is the chance to develop further within this role to managing a consultancy team and possibly a Directorship.
